Sylvan Supply’s adaptive re-use development on Charlotte Avenue in Nashville’s Sylvan Park neighborhood is breathing new life into the collection of industrial-style buildings that were previously occupied by Madison Mill, a wood and steel products manufacturer since 1959.
The transformation of these vintage buildings into bright and modern creative office spaces, combined with a thoughtfully curated selection of retail and dining concepts, creates an attractive destination at the gateway to Nashville’s vibrant Sylvan Park.
From designing and implementing wiring and fixtures to troubleshooting and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, Maryland Electric’s contributions were integral to creating a safe and functional environment for the businesses and individuals within Sylvan Supply.
