Maryland Electric has come a long way in 100 years. Founded in 1925 on Maryland Street in Gross Pointe, Michigan, we initially got our start in residential contracting services. Though small, we focused on treating our clients with care, providing reliable service, and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, resulting in happy customers and a revered reputation. After 89 years of success in the Midwest, we began to explore relocation to the Southeast and officially moved our headquarters to Nashville, Tennessee in 2014.
During our company’s growth, ownership changes, and service expansion, we remained steadfast in upholding our core values while strengthening our commitment to the local community in Nashville and the surrounding areas. Embracing a community-minded approach, Maryland Electric actively sought opportunities to support various local initiatives. One of the ways we demonstrated our dedication was by sponsoring little league teams and cheerleading squads, providing financial assistance and resources to help young athletes thrive in their respective sports.
